When Guido Vandromme, 3rd generation of a butchers family, tasted rillettes during his vacation in France he was inspired to create a personal recipe. Back home in Ypres, Belgium, he carefully developed his own rillettes. Slowly cooked pure meat, a soft texture, perfectly spreadable, full of taste. To this day, the production process remains artisanal and local, while the distribution is global.
